(1)  The Green Credit Trust Fund (GCTF) is financed by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) with 5 million dollars, includes two actions: insufficient collateral by guaranteeing (2 million dollars) and  reimbursement for the completed project (3 million dollars)

(2)  Partners:

• Finanical and credit approvals: ACB, VIB, Techcombank
• Technical and environmental approvals: VNCPC, CSD
• Fund management: SECO and authorized bank – Royal Bank of Canada

(3)   Credit period: from  2 to 5 years
