Reimbursement Level is calculated based on:

• The reimbursement level is based on the credit amount or the investment amount, whichever is smaller
• If the credit given by the Bank is higher than the invested amount then the investment level is taken as the calculation base to fix the reimbursement
• If the credit is lower than the investment amount then the credit level is taken as a calculation base to fix the reimbursement
• In all cases, the calculation base to the reimbursement does not exceed 1 million dollars
